This hotel is really looking tired. At 400 / night it's hard to complain, but things are looking pretty tough. I would have gone over to the Irish clock, but they were full.

 

If you're on a tight budget, I guess it's worth a try, but expect a depressing place. I asked for an extra towel this morning. I had to pay a 10 baht deposit Kind of a ridiculous small amount. But the house keeper wouldn't give it to me until I paid.

 

On the plus side, the WiFi is working.

In fairness to the hotel I did have a word with them. They had me look at a room on the 2nd floor. Much nicer, but she said they reserve those rooms for long term guests and regulars. They may put more effort into those rooms. My problems were on the 4th floor.
