Booking condos/apartments for December- any recommendations?

Hi there,

 

I've booked a flight in mid December, which is the high-higher-highest season. I'd like to book an apartment in Pattaya for 1 month, possibly around Naklua Rd.

 

Ideally, AC + fridge + nice and clean + easy access to outside world + king size bed with a good mattress (very important! ;-) ) +reasonable shower with hot water.

 

Any chance of booking something reasonable for around 10k? 15k? Does anyone have any recommendation?

Looks good, mate. I can actually settle for something more basic. Some apartment off Naklua Rd or elsewhere, nothing fancy.

 

Anyone knows?
