Did anyone here marinate some meat in for example Chang or Sang Som with success? Sounds like it might taste well but I never got around to try it.

 

If you happen to have a perfect recipe for it, please share!

Bloody good idea I reckon, I would also like to hear of a successful recipe. Can't cook steak to save myself but my TGF is brilliant at it.

it is good for steak for some finly chopped shollots with a little garlik and chillis add sangsom reduce till fairley thick then chill for a few hours once cold soak some steak in the mixture and put on the BBQ. with the mixture bring to simar add in a little cream and use as a sauce taste alright but make sure your reduce till the alchol has gone.
