NaNa Hiso Hotel guest friendly?

Hi everybody ,any one knows if NaNa Hiso hotel is guest friendly.this is not the same that Nana hotel..thank you for any information.

300 bahts joiner according to Hotel2thailand for this hotel changing name many times,initially Central then Hyton after Grand Central and now Hiso, but some customer don't pay joiner last year, so not really clear for joiner.

I typically stay at Nova Platinum, but upon realizing that HiSo hotel is cheaper and literally right across the street, I decided to book for one night. Basic room but big and clean...so no complaints on that end. I did book online. I arrived to the hotel in the evening, which I let them know when I booked that I would arrive in the evening. Well when I arrived they claimed my online booking was just a reservation and I should pay cash for my "real" booking. Of course my antennas went up at this point, but I didn't think someone would try to hustle for such little money....HA The next day I arrived at Nova Platinum and checked my bank statements. The hotel charged me as a no show and whoever worked the desk that night took my cash. I can't totally blame the hotel, maybe the receptionist needed an extra 1300 baht. To me the money is nothing, so I didn't even make a fuss. I'll never stay there again though. If you do decide to stay here, pay cash and don't give them your credit card. There were some hot Russian tourists staying here though when I visited
