I was last time in areca at 2008. I Think my room was in corona wing.

I think best thing in arecalodge is that it is big hotel, with many wings and different kind of room.

So i think in Areca you can chooce from big selection of different kind of rooms.

In my opinion best thing in Areca is the hotel location and good pool area.

LK is much better imho opinion stayed in both and LK wins try the front faceing suites 506 and 606 are above main entrance check out vids on youtube under losluvr.

great hotel i left my iphone out plugged into the music a laptop and lots of change never touched, although i did see the video.

I always say hi to maid and tell them look after me extra towels etc and i will leave you 100 baht on pillow every day, always well cleaned and looked after

areca and evergreen ok but not quite as good as LK

I have never stayed in LK metropole and i Believe there can find rooms better than areca.

But do you hear noise from the bars in room at evening/night at LK metropole.

Arecalodge rooms are littlebitt far away from street,so there can also get good sleep.

I agree LK much better IMO.

Good point about tipping the cleaners for extra care & towels etc.

100 baht a day is over £2 so I bet your cleaners are looking after you like you are a God.

So how do you guys find the Guest policy at both of these?

It has time gone littlebitt when i last time visited arecalodge.

I Remember if you bring one lady in the room, they dont charce joyner fee

But if you bring 2 ladys they charce for second lady 300 baht joyner fee.

They will keep ID cards of the ladys at reception.

I think this is policy in many joiner fee free hotels in pattaya.

Also inn Soi2inn was same,1 lady no joiner fee, bring two and you pay 300 baht.

Not to forget that Areca Lodge won't let you bring back any girl aged less than 20.
