Flying From Manchester on 1st of March

Is anyone flying from Manchester to BKK on 1 st of March or thereabouts by any chance?

 

and di you get a good deal?

 

if so, could you tell me how much was the Return Ticket and the info about the travel agent / Website etc.

 

Also if you are going on 1st of March or nearer date and going to Pattaya then we could share the fee for the Taxi

Hi Craig, I'm not that far from you, live near lancaster

I was actually thinking of booking a flight from the 1st of march but I am flexible with dates if the price is right, so it could be 2nd or 3rd or 4th,

so we may still be able to share the taxi to patts

 

if not I'll catch up with you for a beer or two anyways, I'm also gonna leave my Thai Mobile number on my portfolio (when I arrive) .

Depending on the flight arrangements my company makes, I may either arrive March 1st or 2nd... Either day, the flights from Dubai seem to arrive at 8AM or 6PMish. I'd be down to share a taxi. What time do you arrive?

I have searched a few airlines and the one that suits me the most is the one that changes over at Abu Dhabi

and arrives BKK at 18:15 Wed 02-Mar-11

I've just done a search for you using the dates 1/3 to 22/3 and Emirates booked through Netflights.com looks your best option. There isn't much of a stopover which is good. It's £510.

 

There are cheaper deals but they have very long stopovers so don't bother with them.

Unfortunately, I am forced to go through Dubai. There aren't any other options coming out of Afghanistan with the Marines.

Last time I booked a return flight to BKK was £639 from my usual travel agent,

this time I was quoted £530. with Etihad Airways, so it's about the same as your search, and the stopover is about 2 hours each way, looks a good deal, I will book it tomorrow.
