short-term 2bdm anyone can give advice?

Hey guys,

 

There will be the two of us and looking for a 2bed apt or guesthouse for about a week this coming monday. I know its a bit short notice but does anyone have any info on where to look, around the 1500-3000 baht range. Any help would be great!

I am going to rent a two bedroom condo at City Garden for my family in march.

 

They have two sizes...the biggest is really nice (116 sq. M)

 

The prices are:

 

18,000 a week for the smaller one.

20,000 a week for the big one.

My buddy and me are looking also for a 2 bedroom guesthouse style place for the month of March. Would need in an area close to the action. Similar to Canterbury Tales unit..

 

2 Bedroom Apartment

Separate Lounge with Plasma TV DVD player, sofa, chairs, dining table/chairs, Kitchen/Cooking Facilities,

Large Fridge.

The Lounge & each Bedroom have A/C, Ceiling fan, flat screen TV/DVD player,

both Bedrooms are En-suite, also in room electronic safe,

Tea/Coffee maker, Free Wifi.

Low season 900 per night 24,000 per month + electric

High season 1,200 per night 32,000 per month + electric

 

But it's rented already longtime
