Most likely they'll have similar or a knock off, just ask.

they work by breaking down the cell structure so the cold sore cannot build, (that is a basic description).

 

You take a tablet 2 X a day for 5 days,

 

I bought mine in a larger pharmacy like Big C shopping mall, the smaller pharmacies may not stock it but will order it in it would take about an hour or two I was told.

 

These tablets are for herpes but will also fix the common cold sore as well.

So have to go very fast buy tablets when you notice symptoms. Sometimes don't know if it is cold sore or not when lip itches.
