Does anyone know where to find 5-HTP in Pattaya?

5-HTP is generally considered a dietary supplement, have you tried the GNC at Tops Market on Central Road?

No sorry, I'd be very surprised if you found that in LOS, It's a bit of an obscure supplement. I've used it before though and it's pretty good.

I'd ask a mate to buy it and bring it with him. It helps you to sleep but it's not what you'd call strong, it does seem to put me in a better mood though when I use it. BTW some places sell it as 5-htp but when you look closer there is also valerian root in it. A lot of people prefer it without (including me), so it might be worth reading the ingredients first.

I am 99% sure you can find it in a GNC in Bangkok. I found L-Tyrosine there and that is much harder to find.

 

Do not know about the GNC in Pattaya. The GNC in Kuala Lumpur did not have St. John's wort, 5-HTP, or L-Tyrosine.
