Hotel/Guesthouse Reccomendations?

Hi all,

 

I haven't been to Pattaya for four years since I discovered Angeles City, however my big 40 is approaching and I'm heading for the LOS again with four mates. Last time I was there I just got off the plane and headed down Soi Buakaow and found a half decent guest house for around 500 baht, great fun whilst alone but I need a base for 5 of us so a little more planning may be in order.

 

I'm looking for recomendations for decent base camp in a quite location within 10 mins of Walking Street by bus, must have a pool, in room safe and cost under 1000 baht per night.

 

BTW my last birthday was spent with these two and I will be insisting on similar presents from my friends so guest friendly is a must.

Don't think you could go wrong with Sun View Place, Soi Buakaow ticks all the boxes mate

There are some nice new hotels on soi Bauhkoa and apparently very nice and one along soi Lenke, I am sure searchable with Google, great area all round these days.

As there are 5 of you you will probably need to book to get all in the same hotel.
