Hi I love pattaya and I have been to pattaya many times.

I never cancel booking before.

But this time I have to cancel booking.

Because before I book hotel, my friend booked another one.

If I cancel booking before the day , the deposit cannot be back?

I asked the stuff of the hotel, she said cannot.

If anyone cancel booking before, tell me about your deposit.

You need to read the small print on the hotels bookings, cancellations and refunds policy.

Last trip I booked one hotel through www.booking.com as I was unsure whether my dates would change and this site allow you to change your booking pretty much up to the day before without any extra charges.

If you booked by credit card you could try contacting your credit card company, they may be able to help.

if you know you'll be coming back again, ask them to hold the deposit against the following trip.

had to cancel my December trip, told the hotel i'll be there in March, so they keep the deposit for my next trip...

perhaps if you tell which hotel, dates etc , maybe some other p.a. member might do a deal with you? :GoldenSmile1::GoldenSmile1::GoldenSmile1::GoldenSmile1:

Our Policy at Canterbury Tales Cafe.

If you book and have to cancel we honour the deposit for up to a year from the booking date, we do require a little notice of cancellation.
