Don't know about Pattaya, but Soi Cowboy was rocking last night - especially The Dollhouse. Had the best NY Eve in Bangkok in several years. Didn't see a lot of action though, since many bars were asking a 4,000 baht bar fine! They simply did not want to lose their dancers with that many folks on the prowl. Lots of free food from many of the bars, plus they stayed open as long as they had customers. I left at 2.30am and Cowboy was still going strong.
