Need a video editor app

Hello everyone. I just got back from the LOS and have a few videos that were taken with not enough lighting. Any advice on a video editor application that will brighten/filter in more light to show the contents. Thanks.

sony vegas. adobe premiere. download the trial, buy ;) ;) the full version.
