of air travel consultants my mate booked us a flight to bkk for the 29th december no tickets have arrived yet so i try and ring the agent number not in use then try the web site free call number unavailable me thinks we have been well and truly shafted any one know any thing about this company web site www.atcuk.com thanks for all replys ps merry xmas to u all

ATOL Failures

 

Looks like the company went tits up on November 15th. They were ATOL protected so you will be covered for any loss

There is an ATOL claim form so you should get any money paid back

If you booked with a credit card just call your company and do a challenge on the purchase. You will have to fill out some forms and it takes some time but chances are the company will not respond back and the CC company will not pay them. If they filed for any type of legal protection you may hit a wall.

in the UK, ATOL and ABTA cover consumers against agents going bust, so he will be covered for any commercial flights booked

thanks to all we are working on that got a new flight booked turkish air lines hope they ok cost 837 but @ least we are getting there
