How to grow and store Lemongrass

Hello! I purchased a few stalks of lemongrass , and I don't know how I'm supposed to store them until I prepare them later this weekend. Does lemongrass stalks go in the refrigerator, or the dry pantry?

you can take it out of the fridge and put it in the ground on a

45 degree angle out of the ground and it will grow very hearty
