I am a retired American serviceman currently living in the Philippines, but tired of it. Coming to Pattaya around the middle of January to see about living there.

 

Looking for a furnished 1 bedroom condo with internet, tv, and air conditioning to rent. Need something close to 10,000 baht.

 

Don't need to be where the action is.

lots of condo's in Jomtien Beach for around the 10k a month. Only 10 mins by baht bus to walking st, Soi 6 - 8 etc.

Farang = Walking ATM. TG's push the right buttons and money comes out. PIN = BBBJ

not 1 BEROOM CONDO at pattaya for that price but i think also, more chance jomtien for that, as 1 bedroom is NOT studio
