I'd also wanted to invest on some condo-hotels, but I don't think this is the best time to put the money on such kind. Its risky especially nowadays, because of the different factors like economy and competition. The hotel business as we all can see now is very volatile. Earnings drop significantly during downturns, thus, making them not such a good deal.
