parking and girl friendly .

Small kitchen with cooker , fridge , microwave , watercooker . Separate bathroom with shower and toilet .

Housekeeping and laundry service available in building .

 

Family markt , restaurants and bars all within 50/100 meters .

 

Minimum 2 weeks = 600 bath a day electric and water included .

1 month = 15.000 electric and water included .

3 months = 12.500 / month electric and water included .

What was the price for rental??? looks like a really nice unit!!

 

Actually i just found it...it says 600...thats pretty cheap..might make contact with you, if its open in Apr!!

A very nice condo with all the toys included. Very good use of the space & I want to stay in the area next April, although BM Mavic might beat me to it!

 

The pool is a tad small, but I've been spoilt by the VT2 one! Is this a low / high rise condo? How many residents / how busy is the pool is what I'm asking?

 

I assume that the LCD is modern & has composite / component connections?

 

Bathroom - small but functional again. I can't abide hotel baths as I've slipped & done my ribs in on a few occasions; also I prefer a Thai style shower. I like the shower fixed overhead / freehand combination & also the funky sink!

 

I can't see any wardrobes in the pictures, is there one?

 

My only bugbear is the size. 28^m2 is approaching hotel dimensions, but the balcony is there for the claustrophobic!

 

The kitchen's a bit small, but I was again spoilt by one of Dancewatcher's VT2 condos; anyway, it's the GF's problem. :EvilLaugh1:

 

Is everything in the kitchen picture included? Rice cooker? Chopping board? Do you provide utensils / plates / cups etc? Are there 2 hobs, I can't tell from the picture?

 

Finally, your inside leg measurement please. :P

It's on the 7e floor / i think in total there are about a 100 residents but not all present at the same time of course / the pool is not busy from what i have seen

Not shore about that one but isn't every lcd "modern" ( as soon as i'm over there i will find out for you )

Everything is included , cups , plates ect. it's all there . 1 or 2 hobs i let you know as soon as i find out myself .

I bought the condo 2 months ago and the former owner is still in it so i don't have all the details at the moment but

before we start renting out i make shore everything is there .

Some extra pictures from the balcony down proving the pool is NOT busy and another one from the big safe and on the

right a small piece of the build in wardrobe .

Rented out till March 22 2011 .

 

Free from March 23 till April 14 and then free again after April 25 2011 .

It's all there including composite and HDMI

 

Are there 2 hobs, I can't tell from the picture?

That's 1 hob .
