Thai for step-kids/step-brother/sister?

Hi, please could anyone help me find out how you refer to step-kids, step-brother/sister in Thai?

I can read and write the alphabet but can't really read Thai, so could you post the answers in English, please?

My spoken Thai is basic, I understand only how to say child (son/daughter) as 'luk' with a high tone, and older/younger 'pee/nong' with 'chai' and 'sow' for bother/sister respectively. How do Thai's refer to step children/siblings or do they make no distinction?

Thanks.

เลี้ยง

Lee-ung (high tone)

add after the word

So step-father will be Paw lee-ung

step-child luk lee-ung

Chasing girls can be expensive

But it's more expensive if you catch one

to answer your 2nd question, i haven't noticed many of them care to specify, i mean half pattaya ads families

are divorced or remarried or let the grandparents take the kids... etc everywhere

so it's not really anything so rare that people expect their other thai friends or neighbors to explain the meaning or situation... plus too afraid of judging...
