Thai-style fish broth

Serves 1

 

Ingredients

For the fish broth

•85g/3oz fresh tuna steak, cut into long strips

•1 bird's-eye chilli, finely chopped

•200ml/7fl oz hot fish stock

•55g/2oz rice noodles

•2 tbsp soy sauce

•3 tbsp chopped fresh coriander

 

To serve

•1 tsp sesame oil

•1 tsp sesame seeds
