very impressed with the photos and everything else jolly, i have pm you a request for 2 rooms from 2nd - 16 sep 2011, having spoken to serpentine who has booked roughly the same days. its all in the pm mate. congrats on your hotel, looks really cool.

What is the setup as far as having a "front desk" for the Guesthouse part of the business?

 

Do you check in at the front desk of the restaurant, or is there a separate desk for the rooms?

 

How are late night/early morning check in/out handled, especially after the restaurant has closed

for the evening?

 

Is there anyone to take/check IDs, or are you on your own for such things?

 

 

I'm cool with however things are set up, just trying to get an idea of the setup ahead of time.

Hi mate,

 

Yes we have a separate entrance for the hotel, we did not want hotel guesses having to come through the restaurant to get to there rooms. There is a secure glass door with an electronic tag system which opens the door so no un-authorised people can gain access to the rooms, CCTV is in operation on "every floor" and at the entrance. There is a reception window by that entrance door and its manned 24 / 7 by our 4 receptionist so when returning at 4 am with your BF you can have their ID scanned or not if thats your preference.

 

We are totally guess friendly and secure, every rooms has a secure door with spy hole, every room has a safe, every floor CCTV, Secure door entry system and a 24 hour reception... we will copy guests ID's and definitely no joiner fees no matter how many guests...

The room looks outstanding and well thought out. I particularly like the overhead rotating fan on the balcony. It suggests a well appointed room.

 

My wife and I plan to stay here in the near future and for the true get away experience we will not return to our apartment for three days even though it is five minutes away.

Last night 13 people arrived at China Garden looking for food and we were not disappointed. We had a great experience and a good time.

Yup all booked in mate...

 

We have Room 304 top floor Jacuzzi room available 29th May - 15th June... 800 baht per night. Deluxe rooms are freely available in June & July for 500 baht per night!

 

These are top spec rooms as pictured above all with wired and wireless wifi, 42 inch TV's and DVD... quality bathrooms and cleaned daily! 24 hours reception / CCTV on all floors and personal room safes...

I have a short high season you will be all glad to know.. I start high season rates in November rather then October... and I reckon finishes end of March rather then April (Songkran). I will be letting deluxe room go for 800 baht per night and jacuzzi rooms for 1,500 baht per night
