Does China Garden has laundry service?

I booked it online for September! So far I received nothing but the email with the info that I provided on the booking form.

We do our own laundry (towels etc ) so I am sure the maid would help out for a few baht or there are 2 laundries in our street

I modified a map from Jolly Friar website for personal use during the last trip. I do hope Ian don't mind me posting here. The place is directly opposite J&P Court which most mototaxi knows.

Yes there is motorbike parking outside and its safe, lots of moto taxi drivers / hotel security about

Due to the hurricane's in the States we have had 2 cancellation's in September, we now have these dates open for deluxe rooms in September, if you want to book please email me at [email protected]

 

3rd September to 10th September - Deluxe Room 103 - 500 baht per night

 

16th September to 4th October - Deluxe room 102 - 500 baht per night

 

15th September to 24th September - Deluxe room 303 - 500 baht per night

I have been looking on your site for a jacuzzi room (for a friend of me), and it says EVERY room has a jacuzzi... Is this true, as I thought the only rooms that have a jacuzzi are the 3 jacuzzi rooms.

Anybody else having difficulty contacting the China Gardens?

 

I tried to book a de-luxe room for 11 nights in May via the reservation function on their website 3 days ago to which I received confirmation of my enquiry immediately

 

I followed that up with an e-mail 2 days ago but as yet neither have been answered.

 

I do appreciate its Xmas and New Year but I would think that for hotels it's business as usual.

I received a reply back from Ian a day or two ago about a reservation inquiry, so they're up and running. Give it another 24-48 hours.

from what i read on this site , the owner is back in the u.k. on a personal break. he said that he will attend to all email enquiries as soon as he can . i dont know him but please have patience as a close relative of his is unwell.

Just to say the China Garden restaurant is now open from 12 noon until 12 midnight for Al Carte menu, take away & delivery through Door to Door, our own delivery starts at 17.00pm

Just a tip: Put your hotel on expedia.com

 

On the one hand that's a good idea.

 

On the other, if he's regularly getting a 100% occupancy rate without using Expedia or other outside booking agency.,

why bother with the extra hassle?
