Not many customers but they keep opening and building probably all the way to the back road, that's a lot of little bars but someone's got a long term plan for when 2 rd gets traffic.

It's the chicken egg thing, which comes first the punters or the LBFM's.

Must be offering the operators a great rent/lease deal

There are several resonable guesthouses on soi 5 and 7 which are close to the new bar complex. There is also some nice little BB's on soi 4, 5, and 7.

 

Richy House - apartments for 6000THB a month + electricity and water. 2 min walk from beer bar complex. Top of Soi 1 near monkey roundabout. Nice place to stay

There are also alot of condos for rent in View Talay 2 and 5 which are quite close, also in VT 1 which is qa bit further away but easily within walking range. I will be staying in VT2 myself in January and really like to hear that Jomtien area is growing

Yes, I was over there this evening and saw some really nice ones.

Someone put up a movie on youtube walking though the complex, its quite large by now and more bars on the way. No idea where they are planning to get the customers to fill up all those bars though.
