Tip 1

Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with a UVA/UVB Sun Protection Factor (SPF) of 15 or higher.

Tip 2

Avoid the sun between 10 AM and 4 PM, when ultraviolet rays are strongest.

Tip 3

Apply sunscreen over skin 30 minutes before going outdoors. Reapply every two hours when outside, even on cloudy days.

Tip 4

Wear a wide-brimmed hat, sunglasses, and tightly woven clothing such as long-sleeved shirts and pants.

Tip 5

Apply sunscreen during sports, even in winter. Use a spray sunscreen to prevent hands from becoming greasy.

Tip 6

Remember to be extra careful about your protection near reflective surfaces—snow, ice, and water— because they bounce back up to 85 percent of the sun’s damaging rays.

Tip 7

Protect children: minimize sun exposure early by applying sunscreen daily to children six months or older. Most sun damage is done by the age of 18.

Tip 8

Avoid tanning beds. A self-tanner alone doesn’t protect. Use a self-tanner with an SPF for the look without the risks of sun bathing. Spray-ons work best.

Tip 9

Wear a moisturizing sunscreen on your face year-round, preferably with an SPF of 15 or higher. Choose a fragrance-free, vitamin-enriched lotion that won’t clog pores. If you think creamy sunscreens make you look greasy apply one with powder format like Maybelline’s whitestay uv

Tip 10

Make sun protection part of your daily routine. It’s one of the best long-term investments you’ll ever

Yes it is realy a lifetime investment. The tips given here are nice.few of mine are

* Apply a generous amount of sunscreen at least 15 to 30 minutes before your child will be in the sun

* do not forget to apply sunscreen to your child's ears, nose, feet and back of your neck which are often overlooked by many parents

* Reapply sunscreen every child a couple of hours or sooner if swimming or sweating

* many extra solar within reach of any place where their children outside and exposed to sun longer expected. Other elements of a plan should include a good sunscreen as you think your children:

* wear a hat, a wide-brimmed hat offers better protection

* apply a lip balm that contains sunscreen with SPF 15 or higher

* Wear sunglasses real percent UVA and UVB protection

* 100 block of tightly woven clothing in dark colors, which provide protection from the sun more than more loosely woven cotton white tee shirt

Umm, interesting thread, yeah...

I have photo sensitivity, which means sunlight can cause my skin to break out in nasty rashes.

My last trip in December, I wasn't out in the sunlight for very long, just walking along the streets, but that was enough to cause my arms and neck to develop deep red rashes which itched and hurt like crazy. I had to go to Bumrungrad hospital to get meds strong enough to alleviate the itch and pain (cost 900 baht).

BIG TIP...

Dont wear ANY sunscreen at all and just take plenty of Vitamin D.

That will protect you from the sun.

    • For those that don't know, I did Friday meetings before many years ago,  I feel like we are missing a regular meeting for members,  I am aware guys meet at PA affiliated bars. But I want to start meeting people again, I'm inviting the guys following my YouTube also.

The meetings is a chance to get to meet each other,  I plan to be at every meeting, I also have Dean from Dive bar that has offered to help out with a crawl after.
The meetings will be  Monday  6 pm - 8 pm each week.  (The improvised bar crawl will commence at 8 p.m.  Dean will make his own plans for that.)

Due to low numbers of people in town, I will start the meetings in our bars to help our girls and managers, please check back often incase things are changed.  I will be sharing the love around town later, but Soi 6 is first on my list (including bars that are friendly competition)
If bar owners want us to have a meeting at their bar,  they need to have a minimum of 10 girls.  I'm not dragging people to empty bars for favours.
Please help us invite other members, it takes a while to get momentum.
Monday 6 pm - 8pm  (then bar crawl after)

I look forward to meeting people again.
