right i need some help here from any bm's who have spend a long time in thailand or are in thailand.

 

i am looking for pictures, links and contact details for good one bedroom condos in pattaya.

 

i am looking to rent one for a year

it must be relatively new and well furnished.

one bedroom

wifi

security

secure carpark

centrally located.

around about 20k per month

 

shouldn't be to much to ask lol
