exchanging money earlier I noticed the thai girl working the booth scrutinized the $100 bills handed to her by a russian couple more than she did the one i handed her. i wonder if there is a large problem of counterfeit bills here and if they were intentially under the microscope on the issue.

Personally id love it if you hung around. We dont get the opportunity to hear things from the Russian tourists perspective.

 

Please let us know how you guys see things in Pattaya. What are your views and opinions? How do you view the behavious of Australian, British, American tourists?

 

Ill be happy to buy you a beer (or a vodka) in Pattaya if we in town at the same time.

the russians are taking over but they tend to stick with their own, though one of the funnier things i saw was a russian guy getting kicked out of one of the sabai resorts when he brought his two kids in with him.

 

all i can say is where are the tennis players? i've only seen about one russian bird that was tidy enough to look twice at.

That same thing happened to me too. I had a mate over from Spain and he wanted to go to one of those soho strip joints. I had never been in myself so wasn't aware it was a clip joint. One of the heavies tried to frog march us to a cash point but as soon as we got outside we pegged it.

The Russians sure enjoyed the 'St.Patricks Day' parade alonge beach road,tons of smiling faces,photos,video.Not sure what message they will take back home,but it will definatly be one of happyness and free entertainment.

Yep, it's all about your dosh, a Russian's dosh is just as sweet as an Aussies or a Brits. makes no diff to the Thais. Wouldn't make any diff to me either if I was in business.

Cultural difference, mate. A "friendly smile" is not universal and certainly not very Russian; but, many great Russians here in Pattaya.

Just keep in mind that when the Russians found Goa in india they totally destroyed it by flooding the market with girls and Drugs. now Goa is a Shadow of its former self and really struggling these days.

I came back to Pattaya after 6 years, what I see are tons of russians.....are they taking over Pattaya?.....What about the girls? they are all over, I believe are

almost 1 per every 3 thais....unveliable! I start hidding these hot girls....hope I can get one of those ones. please, your comments.

I was suprised how much Russian tourist was in Pattaya. I live in Finland close to Russian border and I hear russian language almost as much I hear in hometown. Im already get use to Russians so it wasn`t problem for me.

one thing I noticed is that most of the Russian couples have a hot wife and a russian slob husband. They trained them well under Communism.

Although this was a few years ago could this happen in Pattaya i dont think so but if too many come here it will drive the place to be different and some tourist will look else were.

 

Russians have bad experence overseas due to there ways of Being nothing But slobs and crooks and hookers.

 

And while some have money many dont have more than are local asian indians.

 

 

I can not understand why people come to Pattaya and not be involved with the sex scene as there is nothing else here the beachs are crap.

No wonder it is a Russ-heaven as the Pats airport are having direct flights from Russia and it was driving that tourism initially.

 

The drawback with them Russkies is just that there are more signs in russian and more menues. Some of the seafood restaurants near the pier is (was at least last autumn) really targeting russians. Even a group playing russian music.

 

Do not mind the girls at all. They dress even more like pornstars then Thai GoGo-girls. Prettiest shag I ever had was a Ukrainian "princess" in Amsterdam and they do give you PSE there. I have only seen those eastern russian women (looks like turks) selling their asses and those I do not want. Sure, even in Thailand with with all the cute brown ass you can get, I do understand the need some have to have some white ass.

 

I also like to see their families during the day out and about walking the streets.. the young russian girls learning about "life" and getting introduced in how to be a "working girl". The young boys looking over all the porn-DVDs available by the hawkers.. And the MILFS in panty-short skirts, long blond and the biggest silicone tits they could afford.

 

But being short, fat, agnostic and not rolling in gold and cash.. it is just look-see then fuckifucki them.
