I am planning to be in Pattaya next March. LK Miracle Suites looks very nice, especially for 1500 to 1800 baht.

Has anyone had any problems getting refunds if you have to cancel or change the dates you have reservations for? I am fairly certain of the days I will be in Pattaya but that might change a bit.

On their website, they mention 50% discount of 3000 baht per night but then 1800 baht per night.

Has anyone had any other complications with the LK group?

I am expecting this group to use reasonable business practices but it would be helpful to get info from people that have been there.

Thanks

I have stayed at LK Royal Suites in Soi Buakow ( wrong spelling ) on quite a few occasions and have always found them to be very good to deal with.

Thanks for info. I am not used to a hotel asking for credit card deposit of 100% of stay required at time of reservation. Is this the same at other LK hotels?

on my first trip I booked a guesthouse on LK metro for a few days - got the lay of the land so to speak and then looked / shopped around for where I wanted to stay. Whatever price they offer you first - reject - get the price as far down as you can and then umm and arr and then say ok IF breakfast is included and no guest charges.

I did this with LK Metropole and got a great deal :)
