Anyone ever transfer from Haneda to Narita in Japan?

So...

The best price I have for my next trip on my way back to the US arrives at Haneda in Japan about 5 hours before my flight back to the US out of Narita. I save a LOT of money if I take the train, etc, to Narita and it seems it would allow me plenty of time in 5 hours to get from Haneda to Narita by train. Anyone ever done this? Any suggestions? I'm a bit worried about time it will take to clear or get through customs and get to my flight on time.

I just got back from japan on the weekend, from what I could see flying in and out of Haneda your best bet is to catch the Airport bus into Shibuya where you can then jump on a train to Narita. I tried looking for a line that would take me to Haneda but you need a bloody PHd to figure out their train line maps.

There might even be a direct connection via bus as I saw something at Haneda that said Narita on it but I wasn't paying much attention at teh time.

yes, there are buses which are a lot easier with luggage and you don't have to hassle with changing trains.

The airport limousine is a bus service direct Haneda to Narita and vice verca and takes about an hour. I was there in October and it was running then. It used to be 3000 yen (2007). Much easier than changing buses or trains in Tokyo.
