Hey Paul, I've written to you on a PM before (just for your ears) with some mishaps & complaints, but never received a replay.

Now I may as well right where you obviously read the comments.

I personally was always happy with your product, service & price. But lately whether you have been too busy with the Village Chinky or other things, service & stock have been failing big time.

The final straw was the other day trying to order for 2 new customers to where my wife works (she has always given your menu out & ordered for other people). After waiting for a long time, she called & was then informed that there was no delivery person & if she wanted it, it could be sent with a taxi at a cost. She agreed as the guys were hungry, but after another long time they left pissed off.

Now the menu was thrown out. Mate, don't neglect your main earner (Village Chippy), or other people will follow suit. Sorry too be so direct, but maybe you will pay attention now. Up too you anyhows.
