WANTED: Top quality villas

We are looking for top quality Villas to rent out for short term stays.

As we know the market, (8 years in the business), there are some criteria that we know short term renters want in a villa, and they are:

Close to the beach
Close to transport
Private swimming pool
Luxury in terms of furniture and fittings.

Some of our clients are buying their second property to list with us as they are getting better ROI than they would on long term rental

Just a tidbit of information... Condos do not market well and neither do Villas without private pools...

We have our own IT dept, updating property descriptions, SEO the site daily and we have our own photographer that takes the pictures of your property, to show it in the best possible way.

As an example... Do a search in Google for "Thailand Villas" or "Pattaya Villas" and you will see www.thailandholidayhomes.co.uk are in the top ten positions. We do have a healthy PageRank

Returns are much higher than you would get with long term rentals as can be seen in our price list and getting monthly payments in excess of 100k is normal, depending on the location and quality of your villa.

We work on around a 60% occupancy rate, so simple maths should give you a good indication of what you could earn.

Phuket
Samui
Koh Chang
Koh Phangan
Chiang Mai
