Good place to buy 3rd party car insurance?

I'm looking for a new place to buy 3rd party liability vehicle insurance.

 

My concern is some of these companies (not agents, companies) like ThaiSri say they have an English hot line but it doesn't work. I would like to know if I get into an accident, there is someone 24/7 I can communicate with.

I'm not sure if they offer the product you're looking for, but Bangkok Insurance has a good English speaking service.

Even most of their staff at their Office on Sukhumvit Road speak proper English.
