Where To Find Nice Vegetarian Street Food?

Hi all,

 

The Kim Jay festival is the only festival where one can readily see vegetarian street food in full action almost everywhere in Bangkok Many of the dishes taste some good that I can hardly bring myself to bellieve that these hawkers only sell these dishes once a year (or so a Kim Jay hawker at Yaowarat told me last Oct).

 

Does anyone know of any nice street stalls or food shops selling all-year-round vegetarian food in Bangkok? Sadly, I only know one at Khao San Rd that sells something quite like the Thai vegetarian version of what we call Kuey Chap in Singapore. It's a kind of dark brown coloured soup noodles dish with fried bean curd etc...
