hotel recommendations for Dec/Jan

I usually stay at the LEK soi 13 second rd but it is fully booked. I need a hotel that have rooms with following facilities:

In room safe

Fridge or mini bar

clean bathroom with shower

T.v

Ac

no joiner fees

front desk check and keep guest Id

 

I don't care about food, internet or pool

 

Not small guest house we need 5 rooms for a group of guys.

Any info will be much appreciated.

sorry forgot to mention it must be in the area between soi 7 and Walking Street beach and second road area

I have stayed before, and currently staying at the Pattaya Bay Resort, which is a good hotel - only downside Dec/Jan is high session so prices higher.

 

It has free wifi, in room safe, no joiner fee's, they take girls id and call you to make you OK before they give back.

Eastiny 7 would be my suggestion - if you are booking 5 rooms at a go then push to get deluxe rooms for thee standard rate, oh, and ask for rooms in the back (facing north) as they are quieter

 

Contact the hotel direct after checking rates on Agoda and screw them down a bit.
