I remember hearing about one guy who got caught in Australia. He had a camera hidden in a thong (that would be flip-flops to you heathens) and had a flap over it. When he wanted to do some filming he would put the foot in a good position and lift the flap with a bit of string and start filming. I recon that is ingenious!!
