Looking for appartment

I am looking for a 1 bedroom or a really nice studio appartment for 5 weeks starting from 8 Dec 2010 in a good location facing the beach but not north, central or south pattaya but not jomtien. My budget is starting from 32000baht or more. Could you please let me know where to go?
