anybody stayed at the Keerati homestay recently and if so do they know if there is a joiner fee , the rooms look great on the internet site do they look the same in reality and how loud are they at night , also is there a safe in the room

I had a mate stay there. Definately no Joiner Fee. He liked the place. Can't tell you more than that.

i stayed there a few times the rooms are nice, worth paying a bit extra and getting a room with kitchenet. They have big rooms on the top floor which are really good and still cheap for what you get. The rooms on the Soi LK side can be a bit noisy but the rooms at the back are quiet, you also get use of gym and pool at LK hotel.

Hi mate,was going to move there last week after the Areca Lodge opposite gave me a room with 2 single beds and refused to change,anyway didn't get as far as looking at the rooms as staight away i seen the safety deposit boxes behind reception,a definite no no for me.
