Tonys Gym - Soi Kao Noi

Its only 69 baht per visit, no need to pay lifetime fees. I think me and Mr H are the only people that use it. I am there at night time around 9-10 pm

 

Its great if you want a gym to yourself.

Sounds interesting, next time your over there take some photos of the equipment and facilities. How does it compare to Tonys new gym jomtiem. Got a pool ?

Its just a sweaty standard weight training gym, with just about enough to get by

 

The CV room is bad, but I am trying to get it sorted
