I've just taken the running of these Apartments on soi 4 Pratamnak (Same soi as Asia hotel & Elephant bar)

We have rooms of different sizes to suit most holiday makers, singles, couples, mates or small groups.

 

Rooms start from 10,000-16,000 baht a month, (long term rates) (prices vary depending on size of room) please enquire for a quote.

 

Short term stay, 500 THB & 900 THB, weekly and monthly rates are also available. (depends on room size)

How big is apartment one,is the twice weekly cleaning included in the long term rent?any other facilities such as swimming pool cheers

Welcome to the forum, as a new business & I wish you the best of luck.

 

BTW you should consider changing your board name to something a tad snappier, while you have the chance at this early stage. You can do this quite easily.

 

First impressions, good initial post, but slightly confusing regarding rates.

 

The website is a horrible generic sandy brown & I could have done better 10 years ago with basic HTML (including frames). I would advise that you engage the services of a professional.

 

All the relevant information is there, but in the wrong format. Please stop the flashing text also.

 

I guess that you are aiming at the LT market, as the daily / weekly rates are not quoted on your site; although you have quoted them in your post.

There is a page "rooms" but we can't see pics of the different type of appartments.

 

Are they all the same at same price ?

 

If not, how can we compare to choose ?

I checked these out on tuesday,they are a bit dated,but andy the new manager is in the midst of doing them up.At 12000 longterm for a 1 bedroom condo i think they are very good value.Quiet area 300mtres from kinaree in pratnumak hill,each unit looks about 60m2,very close to the 9hole golf course and not far from the beach,nice area,10mins from Walking Street and jomtien

Apartment sizes are 2 apartments at 100sq mtrs ,4 apartments at 48sq mtrs . 1 apartment at 75sq mtrs

looks nice .. do all the appartments have balconies & desks & sofas & dining tables like the pictures? i normally book 3 weeks would be nice to see the 2/3/4 week prices listed for each appartment .. next trip in march/april.

Could you provide a map, with EXACT location of the condo?

 

How frequent are the baht buses on the main Pratumnak road & do they go to WS?

 

How far down soi 4 is the condo? 5 / 10 minutes walking distance?

Its half way down the soi on the right ,About a couple of minutes walk from the top .

The baht buses are pretty regular and go down past the Walking Street entrance

Been staying here for 4 months now you wont get much better 4 the price !!! rooms have just decorated ,I've stayed in many places and i wont being staying else where in the future.

Had a couple of friends book in here and been impressed ,Andy always has time for running us around town etc

Just got this Apartment come availiable again .

1 bedroomed apartment 2nd Floor (74Sqm) ,Kitchen / Diner . Safebox/Wi-Fi/Cable Tv etc

 

low season rate at 12,000 per month or 10,000 per month for anything over 3 months .Plus Electric at 5 baht per unit

came back as i said i would on feb 28th and finally going home now on aug 1st grrr but not doing another bl@@dy visa run lol again andy landlord has looked after me for nothing any problems be there at any time of day or night , a fair man if you stay longer he will give a fair price electric and water cheap not like the crooks in pattaya !! will be back asap made a good friend now in andy cheers mate
