I Want to rent a longterm condo in view talay 2 or 1

Hi there!

 

I am looking for long term rental ( 1 year first) in viewtalay 2 A or could consider B -building and vt 1 also. I could also consider 5 month agreement since most likely i have to make 2-3 week trip to europe in april but really would like to stop my suitcaselife now so 1 year solution is something i would like to give first priority.

 

 

Studio or 1 bedroom apartment from date 11.11.2010

I may consider unfurnished flat also but i prefer that at least basic furniture is there already.

 

 

I do not want any hidden costs..Electric by goverment rate paid directly to 7 eleven etc

I am already in Pattaya so i can come and see the flat

Good luck, thats the last place i would look for a condo, why? noise, lots of units in there are holiday lets, so the guys that rent them are partying every night, always renovation going on

Good we people like different things

I have always loved that building..Friends living there, big pool, location, everything works etc

Last winter stayed there 6 months and had no noise or any problems at all
