Photoshop Wizard Required

Years ago I knew how to transpose images onto another background using Adobe Photodeluxe.

 

Now I have Photoshop C7 - with layers - and I haven't a clue where to start.

 

Is there someone out there who could help us with this project HERE - posts 502 - 504?
