Hi guys, I'm spending one night in Udonthani with my TG before heading to the farm the day after, can anyone recommend a nice place to eat at night (thai food preferably), no roadside bbq please, I can find that on my own, but something more classy (comparable to the smile restaurant in Khon Kaen if someone is familiar with that, http://khonkaen.isaan.com/en/restaurants/thai/smile-waterside.html). Also, some place to go for a drink after (disco or bar with some music, or maybe some pool tables...). Thanks.

Trust me, it's paradise. This is where the hungry come to feed.

For mine is a generation that circles the globe and searches for something we haven't tried before.

So never refuse an invitation, never resist the unfamiliar, never fail to be polite and never outstay the welcome.

Just keep your mind open and suck in the experience. And if it hurts, you know what? It's probably worth it.

Try Mojos around the corner from Central Plaza. It serves decent western and thai food, has a friendly bar and 3 good pool tables.

Try The Irish Clock. Its an Irish style pub but the Thai food is excellent. Great atmosphere too.

If interested in discos (place to go with TG where you drink whiskey with soda and watch sexy girls dancing), I found that Udon Thani has a good selection. To be experienced ... Little Rock, Mambo, ...

The Irish Clock was awesome.

There is also a Dutch bar inside Nutty Park (besides Mr. Tongs) that serve great ribs!
