Not much mate apart from market and nice views of Maekhong river

There is a big tower on the banks of the Mekhong where you can survey the town and Laos on the otherside of the river.A few massage parlours and bars at the base of the tower,which is about as close as it gets to p4p in those parts,but I wouldn't recommend them.

 

Nice bridge where you can cross over to Laos and the border town of Savannakhet.

 

Plenty of "nice" local ladies looking for falang boyfriends to make the payments on their new Honda Jazz or give them a good seeing to in the absense of their sponsor.

 

Oh...and a lot of unusual geologically formed rocks out in the sticks somewhere.

 

I probably haven't told you anything you couldn't have learned from Google.
