Try BJ lodge on Soi 3 Don't know if this is to far out for you or not. It is a quick bart bur ride to Walking Street about 10 mins.

I would recommend ''The Carlton Hotel'' situated right at the end of soi 5 on Second Road it fits all your requirements , very girl

 

friendly, excellent swimming pool , room safes , excellent staff, and in a good location u can walk to Soi 6 in under 5 minutes and

 

all the bars around soi's 2 &3 , Big C near by, and all the big main soapy parlours , drinking street up near dolphin round about and

 

also Naklua Rd near by and walking street's only a 5/10 minute sorng taow away.....on the beach road/2nd road loop
