Does anyone know the opening hours for the friendship bridge in Nongkai?

 

Also do you think I will have time in the morning to cross the border and make it to the thai consulate in time to submit my visa App as I dont realyy want to spend any more time in vientiane then I have to?

 

Thanks for any info anybody has.
