Condo Accommodation

I'll be spending approximately 4 weeks in Pattaya (mid July to mid August) and I had thought about renting a condo rather than staying in a hotel. Could some of the experienced folks here advise of the advantages/disadvantages of this, give an idea of cost and make any recommendations. I'm not really concerned about the location, so even if the condo (or hotel) is slightly off the beateb track, it's not a problem.

 

Many thanks for some of the excellent posts here. Although I wouldn't describe myself as a Pattaya addict, I do like the place and find the info here very informative and often extremely funny.
