I've just made a 'Pattaya Pattaya' ring tone for my Iphone and I thought I'd share it. Just import it into Itunes where it should appear in the 'Ringtones' panel, and synch it with your Iphone. It should then appear in your settings under Sounds and then custom.

 

I've also made an MP3 version which should work with Nokia and other brands of mobile phone.

 

I've also added a few other Thailand related Ring tones 1. Thai Music 2.Somebody imitating a Thai monk Praying :unsure: 3.Pregnant Thai girl call. Thai Tones Iphone M4R.zip Thai Tones Nokia MP3 (1).zip

 

 

If you have any other Thailand related ring tones of your own to add you can post them here.

Yes, the monk song could be taken to be offensive. Doesn't that go against the zero tolerance stance on racism on the forum?

Maybe this isn't the right thread to ask this, but I have an iPhone and want to upload a custom message alert. I know how to make/upload custom ringtones, but can't figure out how to do it for an incoming message. Anyone here know how?

On my Iphone 4 I can upload the message into the Itune 'ringtones' panel and then synch it over to the Iphone just like a ringtone.

The Iphone 4 is the first one I've owned so I can't comment on any changes to the menu structure. This article seems to confirm your suspicions that it would need to by jail broken to change the incoming message tone on an Iphone 3G.

The Iphone 4 is the first one I've owned so I can't comment on any changes to the menu structure. This article seems to confirm your suspicions that it would need to by jail broken to change the incoming message tone on an Iphone 3G.

 

&%^$!!! I should have bought an iPhone 4! The reason I didn't get the 4 was because I'd heard there were a bunch of issues with them. Hmmm...maybe I'll jailbreak my phone then. I don't know how to go about doing that, but if I run into someone who does, I'll see if they can do it for me. Thanks for the info.
