AFL GF - Collingwood Pain Continues - Yippee!

One topic I'm sure that will bring in polarised views!

Was happy to see Collingwood today denied yet another GF victory and grasp a draw from the jaws of victory.

Was a great game and back again next week - which in some ways is a bit of a joke. But at least it prolongs the footy season one more week.

Happy Blues supporter. Cheers

Hmmmm... I think same goes for both sides due to draw. I feel for Saints as this will be their 2nd time in a row, if they lose next week that is.

The game was fantastic and very physical. For some time the scoreboard did not even move. But last 5 mins of fumbling reminded me of last year and it was not even raining.

I hope AFL get their head straight and change their RULES for future. It is ridiculous to have a draw without any free time and final win. It loses all flavour of grand final. I was gearing up for another final on next Sunday. I guess it will be a big weekend.

Thankfully, instead of watching, I will be listening to it on the flight back home from Perth.

Happy Kanagas supporter. :GoldenSmile1:

Hard tough game, wonderful to see, puts most football sports to shame.

Small turnout at Billabong of about 25

Go Saints

As a long and suffering Saints fan I'm not sure how to take it.

I booked a holiday to Mexico for after the GF and now I will be in Mex next Sat.

Then again, not sure my heart can take another week and game.

Bloody great game of footy IMHO.

Extra time would have delivered a Saints victory I think because had the momentum going for them.

What is it with the Pies? Is the 'Colliwobbles' a real phenomenon?

I speak as a disappointed Doggies tragic.
