thai style apartment soi buakhao area?

Hi I know a few gogo girls that have nice fully furnished apartments on soi buakhao for around 5000 baht a month. Fully furnished, tv, shower and fridge. Planning my next trip I was thinking staying in one of these apartment blocks might be a good idea.

Does anyone know if you can rent thai apartments for small spaces of time such as for 2 months? As obviously in such apartment blocks most residents actually live there.

any info or advice would be greatly appreciated.

5000B are likely for yearly rentals.

Try Canterbury Tales. The cheapest room is 8000B per month I believe. Dave the owner will be along soon. Nice place with extras such as cleaning, fast WI-FI etc. included in the rental price.

Peace. :GoldenSmile1:

Be careful what you wish for. You not want to live there. I tried once - never again!

The girls come home 2-7AM and take noise level to new heights.

Try to polite ask them to keep it down only gives you a 'Fu*k off' ...

When Bar girls coming home late at night, many continue party, drink and drugs.

Minimum rental time is usually 6 months, a few places accept 3 months contract.

If it get to noisy, don't expect any help from staff (usually only 1 or 2), they don't care.

You have been warned.

Up 2 U apartments owned by Dr Kim of the PBR has fan rooms for about 3500 which includes free wifi. Tough to get though.

There are also more expensive air con rooms there.

If you are willing to pay 8K a month plus electric and water there are hundreds of places with air con rooms some of which have freee wifi.

thanks for the info so far. I kind of suspected 3 months might be the minimum. I might continue with the guest house for the next trip then :)

Right opposite the market there is a soi(sorry do not recall the number or name) there is a 7/11 on the corner and an open air restaurant, go down that soi, approx 50 meters on your right you will see a drive way to something that looks like a motel.

Rooms there are fully furnished with TV, air, etc etc etc at 6 000 per month.

There are three sides to every argument: your side, my side and the right side.

Thank God I'm an atheist.

Sorry no idea, never stayed there personally but have banged a few who did.

There are a few more down that soi and sois around the area. Best best would be to walk around those sois and see what you can get

That Soi you're on about has got some really nice rooms,my ex lived in a new room down there that was great, but she said it was too much at 4500 a month, some good rooms on Soi Xcyte as well and at the back of Nova apartments.A lot of the rooms don't have A/C but because they don't get the sun all day they don't get that hot and a fan is all that's needed.

If possible take a Thai girl with you to help translate but I'm sure you'd get one for two months easy enough.

Remember to get a BIG lock - being a Falang in predominantly Thai building you will be a target for every Thai thief in the area.
