Big House With Pool for Rent [Pattaya]

I took this house with a friend but we had some "disagreements" and we don't want to live together anymore.

 

We are trying to find a new tenant so we can get the caution back.

 

As we already paid the first month, the first month will be free for the new tenant.

 

So the house is 40'00 /month with 1 free month which is = to 33'000 /month (6 month renting).

 

The house itself is really great. Huge space and big swimming pool, not far from Pattaya.
