Restaurant recommendation

I've been going to this restaurant for a several years now but have always hesitated to recommend it. The food is good but the service varies between bad, rude and atrocious. I went there Sunday night, the food was very good, our waiter was way better than usual and they got the bill correct for the first time in my last 6 visits. The restaurant is called Pak Boong Loyfa, it's located on Second road on the corner of soi 13/3, you can spot it easily from the metal tables and chairs outside. Beware they will try to charge you for the cold towels whether you use them or not, check your bill carefully.
